NOTICE Any qualified elector who is handicapped or elderly and assigned by his or her County Board of Elections to an inaccessible polling place has the right to cast an alternative ballot on or before Election Day. An alternative ballot can be returned up to the close of the polls on Election Day. Please contact the Washington County Elections office for more information on voting by absentee ballot. Please note that applications for mail in and absentee ballots must be received in the Elections Of- fice no later than 5:00 pm Tuesday. October 27, 2020.
