Washington Financial Bank SM HEAD TELLER (South Fayette area) Responsible for overseeing a teller line that processes a variety of financial transactions including check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments. Helps tellers with more complex tasks, approves exception transactions, backs up tellers, and performs teller duties when needed. Responsible for branch vault, and auditing, reporting and balancing of cash drawers. Manages currency levels, and tracks currency shipments and deliveries. A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three years' experience, including supervisory experience, in related positions required. TELLER (Full-Time/Part-Time) Responsible for performing routine and intermediate branch and customer service duties by accepting retail and commercial checking and savings deposits, processing loan payments, cashing checks and savings withdrawals, assisting with night depository and vault duties, and promoting business for the bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services. A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 to 12 months cash handling and customer service experience required.
