Slate Bistro is small and chef-owned by Dave Sgro and Cheryl Tacka. We pride ourselves on being hands on....that means every hour we are open, an owner is always here. So please call to make reservations the old fashioned way! We do not have a service that sets up reservations for us and we are in the kitchen making great food and therefore do not take reservations by email. And don't forget to BYOB to go with that great food!

Dinner: Tuesday - Saturday: Open at 5pm
Lunch Starts again in April or when weather allows outside seating
