WE ARE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS: Residential Managers Competitive salary plus up to $1,000 Sign On Bonus! Job Duties: - Manage the operation of a community home, the staff and individuals. Residential Program Workers $16 per hour plus Up to a $1,000 Sign On Bonus! Job Duties: - Ensure the health and safety of individuals by providing personal care in a community home. - Prepare individuals to become more independent in their homes and communities. -Cook, clean, transport, dispense medications, support goals, document care. Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED - Valid PA Driver's License - Ability to pass background checks, physical, TB (ALL company paid!)
