Merry Christmas Ta my friends and former clients, it has been a year. A year since I experienced a stroke, and my family closed my business. Not the way I would have done it and, surprising- ly, I have been left unsettled. You see, when a person experiences a stroke, he or she may not survive. Due to my husband's diligence, I have survived and have returned to my almost previous self. But the year has taken a lot of learning to talk, to walk, and to revive my mind's precision; plus everything else toa make me com- plete. But the final thing is to make my mind complete. It came to me tonight, as 7 was visiting one of my dearest friends who had passed: when 1 saw him last he was doing guite well. Now when conversing with his wife, she said "Couldn't you have sent a note to let us know?" Well, I would have il 7 could have. The mind seems to take a year. So, to my friends, their families, and all the elients who have graciously brought their pets to me. The parting and then the happy reunion was one that stays with me. I'm so sorry it has taken a year. Thank You for being sa loyal and sa caring for me when it couldn't be returned. I hope to see you all again since you know where I live. Bring the pets, they're always welcome! Please don't ask if l'U start my kennel again, but you never know what a year can bring. At this time of year, have a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
