CNC Machine Operator and Programmers - Neck Rings & Guide Rings Erie Bronze & Aluminum Company is a worldwide producer of bronze castings for the glass container industry. Our continued growth in this market has led to immediate openings on all shifts in our machine shop for CNC Machine Opera- tors and Programmers. The successful candidates will have 3-5 years' experience with CNC mills and lathes including setup and operation, boring jaws, and setting fixtures. They must have excellent blue print reading skills, be able to work with close tolerances of plus or minus 0.0002 and utilize all inspection tooling (micrometers, calipers, etc.). Experience with Okuma controls preferred but not required. They will also be a production oriented self-starter who has the ability and interpersonal skills to successfully work as a team player in conjunction with the Erie Bronze & Aluminum management team and our customers. Successful candidates must pass pre-employment background, drug, and nicotine screens. The wage scale for these positions, depending on experience, runs from $40,000 to $65,000 plus overtime along with an excellent benefit package including med- ical, dental, and vision coverage, paid vacations & holidays, a 401K plan complete with company matches and contributions, and a profit-sharing plan.
