NSERVATORY of pittsburgh The Dance Conservatory of Pittsburgh is celebrating a year, almost to the day. at the Cool Springs Sports and Performance Complex. In this short time, DCP has expanded programing to include a Teaching Assistant Program and DCP CONNECTS, a performance and outreach program for preprofessionals. The faculty has been building a curriculum for a multi-genre high school early dismissal program due to launch for the 2019/20 academic year. At the heart of The Dance Conservatory of Pittsburgh is the belief that dance education. performance and outreach provides the opportunity for us to know ourselves better, connect and make a contribution to the community. The Conservatory provides an uncompromising dance education through an integrated, whole- person approach to teaching. curriculum and performance regardless of a student's future aspirations. Thoughtful programming is designed for our youngest artists with room for personal development, creativity and acumen as dancers grow into themselves. The Dance Conservatory of Pittsburgh is not a dance studio, it's a cultural center for dance and movement education with a growing community DCP is holding open registrations July 30th 4-8pm, July 31st 4-8pm and August 1st 10am-1pm.
