THE COMPASS CENTER for DIABETES EXCELLENCE Director of Nursing, RN- Diabetes Specialty Program The Pines of Mount Lebanon is looking for a professional and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to lead the Wellness Department and help to keep The Pines of Mt. This leadership opportunity is exciting and unique since it will be instrumental in the development and execution of The Compass Center for Diabetes Excellence: a specialty program with the goal to be recognized as a program of excellence in exceeding the specialized care for diabetic residents. Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for all areas of the Resident Care Department (compliance, planning, assessments, directing, budget, staffing, hands-on care etc.) in accordance with current state and company regulations, policies and procedures. Assure that the care needs of all Residents are met and maintained according to physician orders, state regulations and company standards.
