ADLs, and monitoring oral intake and output Demonstrates knowedge of age specific and universal precaution practices while caring for patients Documents all activities and changes of the patient and gives a detailed report to the Registered Nurse at the end of shift/assignment Assists with patient transport and is willing to assist with and handle various pieces of medical equipment and supplies Maintains a clean emvironment by disposing of linen, garbage. and biohazardous waste.
