It is made slower and is more dense and full of flavors. It is not as hard as American Ice cream and the only place to get it locally and homemade is Angelo's Restaurant. We have 18 flavors on display. You can order it for dessert or just come in off the street for gelato in a cone, cup, pint or quart. We also make fabulous gelato cakes.
