You will earn $20.04/hour to start and progress to our top rate of $25.05/hour within two years. Successful machine operator candidates will have mechanical aptitude and 1-3 years metal manufacturing experience in public, private or military environments. Successful electro-mechanical maintenance operators should have a minimum 5 years industrial experience in 440/220/225 volt electrical work; troubleshooting, repairing and rebuilding electrical and electronic components; AC and DC motors and control circuits; and communications equipment. All must be able to work any shift, weekends and overtime.
