NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS COUNTY OF WASHINGTON HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ENTITLEMENT PROGRAMS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2019 Notice is hereby given that the County of Washington will conduct public hearings on the use of Entitlement Program Funds received from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for Fiscal Year 2019. The Entitlement Programs are the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnerships (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG). n accordance with the Final Rule for consolidation of the CDBG, HOME, and ESG Programs, 24 CFR Part 91, et. al., the County of Washington will prepare an Annual Action Plan, which will be submitted to HUD on or before May 15, 2019 The purpose of these hearings is to obtain the views of citizens on community development and housing needs, to review the range of eligible program activities, to present anticipated funding levels for the FY 2019 programs, and to provide a timetable for publishing the proposed programs and other related matters.
