NOTICE OF PUBLIC DISPLAY AND COMMENT FY 2018 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) In accordance with Title I of the National Affordable Housing Act of 1990, P.L. 101-625, the County of Washington has prepared its Fiscal Year 2018 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for its Consolidated Plan. The Consolidated Plan is a requirement for direct assistance under certain HUD Housing Programs and for the Community Development Block Grant Program. This report describes the level of housing assistance and other community development activities provided to low and moderate income persons and households through various federal funding programs during Fiscal Year 2018 (July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019) Copies of the FY 2018 CAPER for the County of Washington will be available for review online at www.racw.net and at the locations listed from September 6-20, 2019 1. Office of the Redevelopment Authority of the County of Washington, 100 West Beau Street, Suite 603, Washington, PA 15301 2. Donora Municipal Building, 603 Meldon Avenue, Donora, PA 15033 3. Canonsburg Municipal Building, 68 East Pike Street, Canonsburg, PA 15317 In addition, the County will hold a public hearing on September 19, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. in the Redevelopment Authority conference room, Courthouse Square Office Building, 100 West Beau Street, Suite 603, Washington. The purpose of the public hearing will be to obtain citizens comments on the CAPER document. All comments will be incorporated into the final CAPER document. Interested persons can review the FY 2018 CAPER at www.racw.net or at the public locations listed above. Written comments on the CAPER for the County of Washington will be considered until September 20, 2019.
