NOTICE OF PUBLIC DISPLAY AND COMMENT COUNTY OF WASHINGTON FY 2020 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) In accordance with Title I of the National Affordable Housing Act of 1990, P.L. 101-625, the County of Washington has prepared its Fiscal Year 2020 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for its Consolidated Plan. The Consolidated Plan is a requirement for direct assistance under certain U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Programs. This report describes the level of housing assistance and other community development activities provided to low- and moderate-income persons and households through various federal funding programs during FY 2020 (July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021). Copies of the County of Washington FY 2020 CAPER will be available for review online at www.racw.net from September 6-20, 2021.
