The purpose of this Public Hearing is to discuss the proposed amendments to the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, which will be incorporated into the County of Washington's Action Plans. The County proposed the following substantial amendments: CD 17-28 East Bethlehem Public Facility Improvements - new project CD 18-19 Monongahela Demolition - decrease budget more than 50% CD 18-34 East Bethlehem Public Facility Improvements - new project CD 20-18 Twilight Demolition - cancel project CD 21-06 Donora Public Facility Improvements - increase budget more than 50% All interested citizens are invited to attend this public hearing and present comments concerning the proposed amendments.
