These Sugar-Cured Hams are smoked long and slow in our smokehouse right on the farm!!! Sam and his farm crew cut Hickory Trees to use the logs for smoking our hams (only real hickory wood) for an old-fashioned treat that will be an amazing centerpiece to a Christmas meal! The whole hams (18-20 pounds) will be bagged and boxed with Cooking Instructions and a Big Bow...ready to present! Gift orders need to be placed by December 10 so we have enough time to cure and smoke these spectacular hams, plus all the ones that will be ordered for Customers Christmas Celebrations!! Christmas Catering 2020 Style This year, catering may look different than other years. Box lunches, Individually Packed Plates, or even Take and Bake Meals are what we are hearing folks are excited that we are doing.
