And the smokehouse will be smoking around the clock starting this week, smoking hams for parties and pick-up (remember that if you don't want to cook your own ham, we can do it for you. See Christmas sheet). Our hams are sugar/ salt cured and then smoked 12-15 hours long and slow in our old- fashioned smokehouse using only real hickory wood. When these hams are baked, the meat just falls right off the bone, so tender and tasty. I have literally never tasted a smoked ham that is as delish as ours!!! (And I, Marcia, am 60 now!!)
