Dr. Gonzalez-Ortiz obtained his medical degree at Ponce School of Medicine in Puerto Rico and then moved to Pittsburgh to complete his residency at UPMC Mercy and his fellowship in Minimally Invasive Surgery and Bariatric Surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He now lives in the Mon Valley.
