Dr. Kouk earned his medical degree at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He went on to complete a residency at NYU Langone Health at NYU Langone Orthopedic Hospital in New York and a fellowship at the American Sports Medicine Institute in Birmingham, Alabama in 2021. Throughout his medical education and training, Dr. Kouk was the recipient of several awards and recognitions including the Resident Scholarship from the Foundation for Orthopedic Trauma 9th Annual Symposium in 2017. In that same year he was awarded the NYU Langone Orthopedics Dr. Nate Bondi Educational Award. Dr. Kouk's research has been published in many notable medical journals and publications. Dr. Kouk has also worked with various athletic teams, at universities, high schools and dance companies, providing medical support for the athletes.
