COVID Vaccine Clinic Ages 5-11 Pediatric Vaccination Clinic exclusively for ages 5-11. * Walk-in only no appointment needed. Saturday, November 13th Saturday, December 11th 8am noon Location: WHS Washington Hospital Stout Conference room *Please do not bring your 5-11 yr old to our weekday clinics. This age group will receive a different dose. Child must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Adult must bring ID.
