2020 PICNIC RESERVATIONS SIGN-UP NOTICE Washington Park pavilion reservations for 2020 will be accepted from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m., November 2nd Saturday, Nov. 2, at the park office 283 Dunn Avenue, SATURDAY Washington Reservations will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants will be given a number upon their arrival Reservations are for open dates that were not rolled over to next year. No calls accepted on registration day. A $100.00 security deposit is due at the picnic registration, with the rental fee balance due at least one (1) month before the picnic.
