Greene County United Way United Way Executive Administrative Assistant The position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive Director. This includes: managing the donor database, drafting correspondence, providing acknowledgement of gifts and assisting with events as well as collaborating with Board Members and volunteers. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as front office communication . Ensure proper data entry of donor information Process gifts, thank yous & reports Provide support to Board & Event Committees Participate in fundraising & awareness events . . Assist with the e-newsletter, website & social media activities .Understand & endorse the mission & values of GCUW REQUIREMENTS include: High School education or equivalent, 3+ years assistant experience, MUST BE GOOD WITH NUMBERS, exceptional computer skills, exemplary writing and proofreading skills and the ability to work effectively across all levels of the agency Greene County United Way is an equal opportunity employer.
