WHEELING'S 4TH ANNUAL DRAGON BOAT RACE AUGUST 25, 2018 8:30 am to 2 pm Wheeling's Heritage Port Join in on one of the most exciting races on the Ohio River! Teams of 21 people paddle 250 meters on the river in heats of 3. On water practices will run the week of the event, so you'll be prepared for race day.
