PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION OF PENNSYLVANIA The following is a true and correct copy of a joint resolution of the General Assembly regarding an amendment to the Constitution of Pennsylvania that was proposed in the General parole process, to provide information to be considered before the parole of the offender, and to be notified of the parole of the offender to reasonable protection from the accused or any person acting on behalf of the ac to reasonable notice of any relaseorescape of the accsed; to refuse an interview, deposition or other discovery request g the 2018 session.
