South Strabane Spring Cleanup March 30th & April 6th South Strabane residents may place tree limbs, branches, & leaves curbside for pickup by the Public Works Dept. Leaves must be placed at the curb separately in paper bags. Bags containing materials other than leaves will not be collected. Residents may acquire paper bags at the Municipal Building (with the first 5 bags being free) or home improvement stores. Limbs and branches collected at the curb may not exceed 6 in. in diameter and shall be no longer than 10 ft. in length. Curbside collection dates will be March 30th & April 6th. Residents are asked to place materials curbside by 7 a.m. If necessary, materials not collected on the aforementioned dates will be collected the following day.
