SOUTH STRABANE SPRING CLEANUP South Strabane residents may place tree limbs, branches, and leaves curbside for pickup by the Public Works Department. Leaves must be placed at the curb separately in paper bags. Bags containing materials other than leaves will not be collected. Residents may acquire paper bags at any home improvement store. Limbs and branches collected at the curb may not exceed 6 inches in diameter and shall be no longer than 10 feet in length. Curbside collection will begin April 20th.
