Steel City Harley-Davidson hosts multiple events throughout the year at their dealership, including a big motorcycle ride in June, additional summer events with auctions items, tip buckets and Make A Wish Stars always being sold at the register. Proud supporters of the Make A Wish Foundation, this check was in addition to a $4,000 donation from Harbison Walker International at the June ride. Harbison Walker International, also donates to local charities in the area that they choose through employee requests. A special thank you to a Steel City Harley-Davidson friend and fellow rider, Kimberly Sweder, of McDonald, PA for thinking of Make A Wish! Steel City Harley-Davidson started their partnership with Make A Wish in 2007 and has since raised $105,963.80!!! Granting wishes has become a challenge for the foundation in the last year and a half due to travel restrictions with the number one wish request being a family trip.
