(We always say "Springtlouse Time" is triple regular time so I guess time flies when we're having funl) So, it's time to get ready for The Fair! round here, only two of Sam and Bev's 21 grandchildren are of age to show in 4-H (although the five great grandchildren will be there before we know it!!), so Mia and Brayden are getting their animals trained, cleaning up the showboxes, and washing their whites! Here at the Springtiouse, we have a few new things up our sleeve for the Fair Booth this year. Tind Tipple Dumplings are back!! Tina and Lisa and Hunter are peeling those apples, making that pie dough, and constructing oodles and oodles of dumplings for this year's fair, while John cooks up buckets and buckets of homemade apple-cinnamon sauce to smother the finished product in!
