The heifers are being walked and clipped, the barn at the fair is being serubbed and painted, the 4-tlers are loading the showbox, and more! And then there's the SpringHouse Red Barn Booth at The Fair. It also needs hauled down off it's wintering spot above the fairgrounds, serubbed inside and out, loaded up with cups and bowls and ICE CREAM! Our crew is so excited to get there and take care of you and make you mounds of yummy stuff! Besides our much-anticipated Apple Dumplings and lee Cream and Cherry Cobbler with lee Cream, we will also have a secret menu (feel free to ask about it at The Fair). Too Busy to Cook?
