Head on down to the Ebenezer Bridge for the 2023 Covered Bridge Festival this weekend where you'll find our booth loaded with From-Scrateh pies of all kinds, plus cookies, cobblers, cakes and Homemade Tipple Dumplings! This Saturday will feature Brother Sam's Beef Brisket, Penn State Creamy Chicken Breast, Carving Ham with Pineapple Molasses Glaze. Parmesian Crusted Chicken. BBQ Pork Sandwiches, with all your favorite sides! This Sunday will be our First flutumn tog Roast!! We will crank up the charcoal pit outside and roast the hog quarters to get lots of nice char on them. The buffet will be loaded with that Roast Pork with Stuffing and Pan-Drippings Gravy. Pork and Sauerkraut. BBQ Pork, Hand-Peeled Mashed Potatoes, and all kinds of old-fashioned fall dishes. so excited to feature all the fall squashes! Coming Up... ... Pumpkin Patch Hayrides Not this weekend but next (September 23rd) The Springtouse will be starting our Great Pumpkin Weekends, complete with hagrides to the Pumpkin Patch, Giant Bales to climb.
